The J.W. Fanning Institute for Leadership Development continues management and leadership development programs for Georgia Electric Membership Corporation (EMC). The almost yearlong program consists of 20 sessions highlighting a comprehensive list of leadership and management topics, and prominently features completion of a community service project. The programs prepare emerging leaders within EMCs throughout Georgia to assume leadership positions.
