Georgia Center for Continuing Education offers summer camps for students

Students learn the fundamentals of self-defense, dance, theater and SCUBA diving at the Original Kaleidoscope Camp, part of the Summer Academy at the University of Georgia (SAUGA). Hosted by the Georgia Center for Continuing Education, SAUGA provides a series of academically-focused summer camps for 10- to 17-year olds. This summer’s enrollment reached a new record of 132 students. Since the program began in 2001, SAUGA has provided fun instructional activities in a wide range of subjects, including video production, creative writing, journalism, and comic book creation and cartooning.
