The Office of the Vice President for Public Service and Outreach is accepting proposals for the 2008-2009 Scholarship of Engagement Grants.

There are two categories of these grants.

Projects in Georgia: These seed grants support outreach projects in Georgia by permanent, full-time public service, academic tenure-track, or clinical faculty members. Guidelines may be accessed at http://outreach.uga.edu/publications. Questions: Contact Trish Kalivoda (; 706/542-6125).

International Projects: These seed grants support outreach projects in Africa, China and Southeast Asia, and Latin America (Central and South America, and Mexico) by permanent, full-time public service, academic tenure-track, or clinical faculty members, and staff.
